This is good---George and I had this quite often.
1 c. diced onion
1
c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. diced red pepper
3 oz. chow mein noodles
1
can mushroom soup
14 oz Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. juice from oranges
12 oz. water pack tuna fish, drained
1
c. salted cashew nuts
8
oz. bean sprouts
Sauté vegetables in olive oil until tender-crisp. Add rest of
ingredients, saving ½ c. noodles. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle
remaining noodles on top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-40
minutes. (The cashew nuts will not remain crisp when baked in
this casserole. If you desire crispy nuts, they can be added
near the end of the baking cycle).

We suggest visitors arrive at least 30 minutes before closing.
"To foster and encourage the interest of the general public of the importance of nuts in the diets of humans throughout history and in the evolution of the nutcracker. No other tool or collectible has shown such a wide diversity of material and design as the implements used to crack the hard shell of a nut".
