PET POLICY
Our furry family members that are able to be carried at all times may come into the museum and the store.

8 boneless skinned chicken breast halves
4 Tbsp. honey
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 small red pepper diced
2 green onions, sliced
1 c. macadamia nuts, chopped
16 oz crushed pineapple.
Arrange chicken breasts in 9x13” baking pan
with thicker portions toward edges of dish. Mix honey, soy sauce, ginger and
cinnamon together and pour ½ over chicken. Bake, covered at 350º for 30
minutes, basting juices over chicken every 10 minutes. Mix pineapple,
garlic, onion, macadamia nuts and red pepper and stir in remaining honey
mixture. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 25 more minutes.
