PET POLICY
Our furry family members that are able to be carried at all times may come into the museum and the store.
"Certified Service Dogs are always welcome."
Here is essential information needed to plan your group visit.
Groups arriving at the museum will first watch a 17-minute introductory
video that gives a short history of the various nutcrackers and take you
into a German workshop to see a nutcracker being made. After
this, the group will tour the museum, and if scheduled, go on one of the
Nutcracker Lady’s nutcracker hunts. Payment Schedule for group
reservations:
Student
groups of 15 or more: $2.00 each with 1 chaperone free
Student
groups of 20 or more: $2.00 each with 2 chaperones free
Adult
Groups of 15 or more: $3.50 each with 1 escort free
Adult
groups of 25 or more: $3.50 each with 1 escort & 1 driver free
To make reservations for a group visit, please call the museum at 509-548-4573 and ask for either Michelle or Debbie or book online using our secure online system.
CANCELLATIONS: If your group needs to cancel, you may reschedule and transfer any advance payments made (up to one year from originally scheduled date) or you can cancel completely with a full refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
VIDEO VIEWING ROOM: Large groups of 25 or more will be divided into 2 groups 45 minutes apart. The tour leader may also issue individual prepaid vouchers allowing the group to arrive individually at their own time during the day which eliminates the escorted tour.
