PET POLICY
Our furry family members that are able to be carried at all times may come into the museum and the store.

1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed, chopped
1/2 c onion, finely chopped
1/2
c pine nuts
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 stick butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1 c Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Red pepper flakes, to taste
or 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Saute' onions, pine nuts and garlic in butter until onion turns yellow. Add ingredients in order, mixing after each addition: spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes. Remove from heat and put in microwave dish. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave until hot and cheese is melted.
