PET POLICY
Our furry family members that are able to be carried at all times may come into the museum and the store.

5 slices buttered bread
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
Cut buttered bread into
squares or strips. Arrange in layers in buttered baking dish sprinkling each
layer with nuts and raisins. Beat eggs slightly, ad sugar,
salt vanilla, milk and spices and pour over bread. Bake 325
for 1 hour. Serve warm and if desired top with whipped cream or vanilla
sauce.
VANILLA SAUCE
Combine 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c.
brown sugar, 1/2 c. whipping cream, 1/2 c. butter. Cook over
medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil, about 5-8
minutes. Add vanilla and pour over pudding.
