PET POLICY
Our furry family members that are able to be carried at all times may come into the museum and the store.

2 stick butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped macadamia nuts
1 c. shredded coconut
Cream together butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla and beat until
smooth. Add flour, soda and salt which have been mixed together. Gently beat
until all flour disappears. Add coconut and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls
about 2 inches apart, on prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15-18
minutes, until edges are golden. Let sit one minute on baking sheet then
transfer to racks to cool.
