Spicy Cashew Sauce
1-1/2 c. toasted cashews
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp cloves
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne (or black pepper)
1/2 c. hot
water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2
tsp curry powder
Place nuts and water in blender to make a smooth paste. Add rest of
ingredients and set aside for several hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve
warm surrounded by a variety of fresh vegetables.
