Be sure to look up the recipe for our Favorite Turkey Stuffing in our recipe section.  Easy and delicious with lots of sliced almonds!!

IT'S NEARLY TURKEY TIME!!!

Thanksgiving is a day of celebration in the United States, and Steinbach created a special Thanksgiving Man in 1993--a farmer with a wheelbarrow of pumpkins. He must have been aware of our hearty enjoyment of pumpkin pies served on this important day.

Zim's Heirloom Collectibles created a Pilgrim couple. Though the Zim's nutcrackers were made in China, they were designed by the company in the United States.

A delightful Mr. and Mrs. Pilgrim from the Christian Ulbricht workshops in Lauingen. This pair would make a good centerpiece for the buffet table!

Since the first Thanksgiving Feast was a gathering for both the Pilgrims and the Native Americans, we show a pair of Norbert Zuber nutcrackers made in Germany.

The Christian Ulbricht workshops created a number of American Indian nutcrackers. This is our favorite introduced in 1992 and accompanied with a Pilgrim of the same date.

We can't have Thanksgiving without the turkey so here is a trio of turkey nutcrackers. The two tall ones are from China, the short one is the Ulbricht Signing bird for the year 2011, and made in Ulbricht's Seiffener Nussknackerhaus.
